It started out with a market.
I signed up, paid the fee... and freaked out. I just wanted to see if I could really sell any of the items that I had collected. Once I had committed to it, I set to work. Painting more furniture than ever, making signs and small little works of art. I collected more. My heart beat wildly and I knew that I had found my "it". The market, snowballed into becoming a vendor at a new shop, which led to more ideas. I had to get serious. I had to get a bank account and set up an actual business. I found a few investors and hit the road running. That chance I took, signing up for my first market... that was about this time last year. And whoa, what a whirlwind. It's been awesome! I can't imagine life without this creative business of mine. I can't wait to see where the future takes us.
